I visited Sam four times over the course of several months to address some postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction, and I would absolutely recommend her for pelvic PT! She has an approachable, calming vibe, while also being clearly very skilled and professional. It is very nice to be able to see your treatment plan anytime on the app that she uses, and my progress over the months has been so encouraging. And although I never took advantage of it, I love that she does in-home visits for those who may need it. Five and a half stars! -Elise W.

5/5 recommend. I saw two other pelvic floor PTs during my first pregnancy and did not find them helpful. Then a friend who is a PT highly recommended Sam and I am so glad she did. Sam brings a wealth of evidence-based knowledge while honoring the mind-body connection and promoting embodiment. Her birth prep visit is 5/5 helpful with physical tips no other provider included (not my midwife or doula). I found her to be honest about what I needed vs didn’t need. She provided wonderful exercises that were easy to follow via an app. Go see her, you will be happy you did! -K.S.

What a refreshing experience it has been working with Sam. She is easy to talk to and is so kind and helps to make a game plan on how best to address issues. She is a gem and really goes out of her way to help you and as a patient she not only helps me, but she hears me and my concerns. I took a chance on booking with her and I’m so glad I did. -Jessica N.
