Postpartum conditions we treat:
Whole Body Recovery:
- Postural changes from pregnancy
- Feeling disconnected from your core and pelvic floor
- Neck, shoulder, or upper back pain from feeding or holding baby
- Wrist or hand pain (often “mommy thumb” or carpal tunnel–type pain)
- Difficulty returning to exercise safely or confidently
- Fatigue or decreased body awareness
Pain & Healing:
- Pain or tightness around C-section scar or perineal stitches
- Discomfort during intercourse (painful sex)
- Pelvic pressure or aching, especially later in the day
- Tailbone or sitting pain
- Hip, sacral, or low back pain
Core & Pelvic Support:
- Core weakness or feeling disconnected through the abdomen
- Diastasis recti (abdominal separation)
- Feeling of pelvic heaviness or bulging (possible prolapse)
- Lower back, hip, or pelvic pain
- Difficulty returning to exercise or daily activity comfortably
Bowel & Bladder Changes:
- Leakage with coughing, sneezing, or exercise (urinary incontinence)
- Urgency or frequency when needing to urinate
- Difficulty fully emptying the bladder
- Constipation or straining with bowel movements
- Difficulty controlling gas or stool
